Cooltronix provides comprehensive repair, routine servicing, and advanced Printed Circuit Board (PCB) restoration for domestic and commercial Air Conditioners, Washing Machines, and Microwave Ovens in the South Kerala region.
Service Area: Services are strictly limited to the South Kerala region.
Quotation and Acceptance: Service quotations are based on the initial diagnosis. If additional work or parts (e.g., specialized components for PCB restoration) are required, a revised quote will be provided for your acceptance before proceeding.
Service Guarantee: We offer a limited guarantee on parts replaced and labor provided. Specific guarantee details will be provided at the time of service completion.
2. User Obligations
As a user booking our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate contact and location information for service appointments.
Ensure easy and safe access to the appliance requiring service.
Be present or arrange for a representative to be present during the service appointment.
Promptly pay all fees and charges associated with the repair service upon completion.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices for services and parts are quoted in the local currency and are subject to applicable taxes.
Diagnostic Fee: A standard diagnostic or visit fee may apply, even if no repair work is carried out, or if the customer declines the proposed repair quote.
Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, which will be communicated by the technician or during the booking process.
Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least [Insert Timeframe, e.g., 4 hours] prior to the scheduled service time to avoid a cancellation fee.
4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically within the jurisdiction of the courts located in Ernakulam, Kerala.
